1. Version and Build Number of Vic-Snap (Help -> About)

2. Brand and/or Model Number of Cameras (Can be found at top bar of image window)

3. Detailed description of issue

4. If possible, original purchaser/PO number - or hardware key code (File -> Install Module Licenses, 12-Digit Hardware Key ending in 'beef'
