A recent driver update has caused startup of some CSI software products to be slow or unresponsive, as detailed in this article.
For software which is currently supported, all that is required is a software update, found here:
https://correlated.kayako.com/article/107-slow-startup-in-all-vic-applications
For older software (Vic-2D 6, etc), a manual patch must be applied to fix the issue.
- The updated interface file can be found here:
https://downloads.correlatedsolutions.com/hasp_interface.zip - The file above should be unzipped and the .DLL inside should be placed in the Program Files folder with the affected software package. The folder will normally be C:\Program Files\Correlated Solutions\[Product Name].
Note: for 64-bit software, hasp_windows_x64_65423.dll should be used.
For older 32-bit software, hasp_windows_65423.dll should be used.
Administrator privileges will be required to place files here, and a dialog will pop up to allow permission to replace the file. - After the file is replaced, the software should start normally.
If the procedure above cannot be completed or does not fix the problem please reach out to us at support@correlatedsolutions.com.
